New REAR wheel spacers from Diamond J Customs.  If you're going to pay money for wheel spacers, they should be strong, and why shouldn't they look great also??

These wheel spacers are made from Extruded Billet 6061-T6511 aluminum.  Heat treated for added strength, they have been designed to be lightweight, but optimized for strength.

This package includes two wheel spacers with all of the nuts and bolts necessary to use them.

We've been testing and developing these wheel spacers for a long time, and finally they are available.  They provide 2 inches of spacing per side (4 inches total).  This matches up very well with our widening kits, whether you use the +4.5" or +6.0" setting.  We do not recommend wheel spacers for use on the front of ATV's.  Front wheel spacers cause the wheels to go through a forward and backward sweeping motion when going through the steering range, which can cause force feedback to the rider and a tendency for the ATV to steer itself.

The bolt pattern on these spacers is 4 bolts on 115mm centers, and is used on all of the models listed at the bottom of this page.  Measure the distance across opposite studs on your rear wheels to determine if these will fit.  115mm is just under 4 1/2 inches.

Notice how the lettering and diamond symbol is engraved into the face to give a custom aluminum wheel look.  The spacers will come to you in the bare polished aluminum, and if you like the colored accent look, you can spray and sand the front surface to give the custom inlay look.  If you want us to do it, for $15 extra we'll do the inlay in any color you choose and clear coat them for added protection.  You name the color, and we'll do it - red, blue, black, pink, you name it!!
